It nourishes all parts of the body, relieves fatigue, provides stamina, pleasure and perfect sleep, enhances the complexion and the luster of the skin and promotes longevity.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage includes a great variety of strokes/touches that are given all three dosha-type people. However, Vatta type people receive fewer strokes and not much pressure, Pita type people can take medium pressure and medium strokes, and Kapha type people can take full strokes and good pressure.
Herbal massage oils contain a blend of carefully chosen herbs known for their ability to strengthen the mind and body. For special needs, ayurvedic formulate even more targeted massage oils.

The Massage Course is led by the Vedic master Sacchidanandaprem Acharya Swamin from India.
During the three days of the course, participants will acquire 4 hours of theoretical and 14 hours of practical instruction on Abhyanga oil massage theory and practice.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate issued by the Sacchidanadaprem Foundation in India, valid both domestically and abroad.
